Joseph Radetzky, also known as Armando or Juseppino is a Valyrian military commander and statesman.
Background
Johann Josef Wenzel Anton Franz Karl, Graf Radetzky von Radetz also known as Armando, born the 2 November 1766 in Třebnice is a nobleman and Austrian field marshal. He is chief of the general staff in the Valyrian monarchy during the early period of the corsaircraft Wars and afterwards began military reforms. A disciplined and fair man, he was so beloved by his troops that he was known as Vater ('Father') Radetzky. He is best known for the victories in all wars.
