Ryuuichi

Kaiser Ryuuichi (3rd August 1781 - Present), known before under the aliases "qrima", "Ryuuichi Hinokami", "Ryuuichi the Wise", is the first and current Kaiser of the Aurelian Empire, elected democratically by the founding members of the nation on April the 21st, 1799. He is the elder brother of Shuuichi, the Legate, or military leader, of the Aurelian Empire.
